Our 7 Step Advisory Process

1. Focused Exploratory Call

This exploratory call, at our expense, enables us to hear about you, your family, your vision and your priorities.  We will tell you about our company, explain our services and discuss how we work.  We will ask you specific questions to see if there are merits in getting together, and if so, will schedule a follow up meeting for you to discuss matters in greater detail with a highly experienced consultant.

2. Discuss Wealth Road Map

This discussion, also at our expense, will help to clarify your vision and priorities.  We will identify your needs, wants and wishes.  We will ask about your current situation, financial position, personal objectives and your attitude to investment volatility risk.  We will explain our strategic approach to both planning and portfolio matters.  We may then ask you to instruct our firm if we can add significant value.

3. Primary Strategy Report

We will request information about your financial position meaning your assets, liabilities, incomes and expenses.  We will assess your personal, family and health circumstances.  We will forecast your current trajectory assuming you make no changes to your existing arrangements.  We will suggest potential improvements to your existing arrangements and forecast an alternative revised trajectory to target your personal objectives. 

We will review your attitude to investment volatility risk, in context of a reasonably assumed time horizon, which will result in a risk level between 1 (lowest risk) and 10 (highest risk).  We will use this risk level to forecast your current trajectory and our alternative revised trajectory.  We will conduct market research to compare your investment opportunities, at the resultant risk level, then prepare an asset allocation to support your personal objectives. 

We will deliver a Primary Strategy Report to show the impact of our proposed Planning Strategy and Portfolio Strategy on your personal objectives.  This report will be issued before your follow up meeting, as a discussion document, in which we will answer your questions, address your comments and agree strategy adjustments.  Please note that we do not limit the number of follow up meetings you need to complete your strategy.

4. Revised Strategy Report

We will issue a Revised Strategy Report to illustrate the effect of your completed Planning Strategy and Portfolio Strategy.  This report, issued before we request your instruction to move forward, will include a chronological list of your next actions.  We will then answer your remaining queries and discuss your integration timeline.

Integrate

5. Integrate Strategy Actions

We will finalise the timeline to integrate your next actions.  This could involve preparing monies for new, or adding to, or drawing from, existing investment, retirement or protection contracts.  If so, we will package all relevant disclosure and application paperwork in order to fulfil your next actions and ensure seamless transition.

6. Confirm Review Schedule

This represents the conclusive element of establishing our commitment to you as a highly valued relationship client of our firm.  You will have direct contact with your consultant and your own annual review schedule, always arranged in advance to ensure your Planning Strategy and Portfolio Strategy are kept on track.  We pride ourselves in providing an exceptional personalised service.

7. Family Awareness Meeting

An optional and additional step exclusively for relationship clients of our firm.  Your Family Awareness Meeting may be arranged at any time.  It offers a way for you to ensure your beneficiaries are familiar with your finances, so when they come to it, they are confident in decision making around tax efficiency, bloodline protection and maintaining real value against long term inflation.
