Our 7 Step Advisory Process

1. Focused Exploratory Call

This exploratory call, at our expense, enables us to hear about you, your family, your vision and your priorities.  We will discuss how we work, answer your questions and explain more about our company and our services.  We will ask you key questions to see if there are merits in getting together, and if so, will arrange a follow up meeting for more detailed discussion with a highly experienced consultant.

2. Discuss Wealth Road Map

This discussion, also at our expense, will help you clarify your vision and priorities.  We will understand your needs, wants and wishes.  We will consider your current situation, financial position and personal objectives.  We will explain our strategic approach to planning and portfolio matters.  We may then ask you to instruct our firm if we can add significant value by delivering the outcomes you require.

3. Define Planning Strategy

We will request information about your financial position meaning your assets, liabilities, incomes and expenses.  We will also need to understand your personal, family and health circumstances.  We will use this information to forecast your current trajectory, and after conducting market research on your behalf, create a revised trajectory to meet your personal objectives.

We will issue an initial planning report, setting out your current trajectory and our alternative revised trajectory, supported by our suggested next actions, so you can get an idea of your planning potential.  This initial planning report, issued before your follow up meeting, will form the basis of discussion during which we will answer your queries and agree any changes you require.

We will apply your required changes to modify the previous revised trajectory.  We will then issue a revised planning report including updated next actions.  This revised planning report will be issued before another follow up meeting to finalise your Planning Strategy.  Please note that we do not limit the number of follow ups you may need to finalise your Planning Strategy.

4. Decide Portfolio Strategy

We will assess your attitude to volatility risk in context of your investment time horizon, which will result in a risk level between 1 (lowest risk) and 10 (highest risk).  We will undertake market research on your behalf to compare and contrast portfolio opportunities then generate an initial asset allocation for your personal objectives.  We will issue this initial asset allocation for follow up discussion.

We will discuss expected annual returns for our previously suggested asset allocation to give you a feel for your portfolio potential.  We will also confirm the minimum level of risk you will need to assume for your personal objectives.  We will then update your risk level and finalise your Portfolio Strategy in conclusion.  Please note that we do not limit future changes to your Portfolio Strategy.

Integrate

5. Integrate Strategy Actions

Now that your Planning Strategy and your Portfolio Strategy are finalised, we will schedule your timeline to integrate your next actions.  This may involve preparing monies for required, or adding to, or drawing from, existing investment, retirement or protection contracts.  If so, we will package all relevant disclosure and application paperwork in readiness for a seamless transition.

6. Confirm Review Schedule

This represents the conclusive element of establishing our commitment to you as a highly valued relationship client of our firm.  You will have direct contact with your consultant and your own annual review schedule, always arranged in advance to ensure your Planning Strategy and Portfolio Strategy are kept on track.  We pride ourselves in providing an exceptional personalised service.
